They are seeking a Condition Report Writer to assess vehicles for condition, depreciation, and mechanical issues, ensuring accurate documentation and communication with various departments.

Responsibilities
Inspect exterior and interior of vehicle entering the auction, identifying damage, missing parts, and mechanical issues
Document vehicle condition by completing appropriate report, capturing photos, and entering data systematically in a timely manner
Maintain vital communications with Fleet Lease, Mechanic, and Detail Department - keeping each department informed of any issue(s)
Relocate vehicles to proper staging zone post inspection
Resolve any customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner; advise management of all complaints or incidents
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to drive vehicles with standard and manual transmission
Basic computer skills required
Must be willing to work outdoors in all kinds of weather
Requires good time management, organizational and communication skills
Frequent and/or prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping
Must be able to lift or move items at least 25 pounds
Vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
