Citrin Cooperman is seeking a motivated Workiva Implementation Senior Consultant to join their growing Workiva Services group within the Digital and Cloud Services practice. The Senior Consultant will lead client engagements, execute Workiva configurations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead client meetings and working sessions to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Configure Workiva solutions to support financial reporting, sustainability and GRC automation, including data integration, template development, and workflow setup

Perform data migration from legacy systems and validate accuracy through testing and reconciliation

Review and provide quality assurance on deliverables produced by offshore team members

Support client enablement through training, testing, and adoption activities

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workiva configuration and reporting workflows

Recommend future-state enhancements and additional use cases to help clients expand their use of Workiva

Deliver assigned project tasks on time and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality

Communicate project status, risks, and blockers to the Workiva Services Manager

Collaborate with Managers and Directors to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations

Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development
