Healthcare Senior Business Development Executive

Responsibilities
Lead strategic sales campaigns targeted at healthcare payors and providers, aligning with their evolving business and technology strategies
Develop and implement comprehensive service engagement plans that promote close collaboration across sales, technical, and delivery teams
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by delivering insights on healthcare technology trends, regulatory impacts, and emerging innovations
Mentor sales teams to cultivate client-focused strategies that drive revenue growth while ensuring excellence in customer service
Continuously analyze market trends within the healthcare sector to proactively identify opportunities and threats
Qualification
Required
Proven history of delivering exceptional sales performance with holistic experience in payout, provider and Life sciences and medical devices
Minimum of 15 years of direct experience in the Technology Cloud & Digital space
Comprehensive background in Healthcare to navigate the regulatory and operational complexities of the healthcare market
Demonstrated ability to engage and prospect at C-level and senior executive roles
Keen understanding of client organizational culture, business priorities, and a persuasive approach to compelling business cases
Experience managing extensive and sophisticated customer relationships
Leadership in developing and negotiating complex proposals and contracts
Significant experience in enterprise IT strategy and transformation
Over 20 years working in technology environments with at least 15 focused on leading complex technology and cloud transformation programs
Expertise in IT business transformation, system integration, and digital/cloud transformation initiatives
Depth of knowledge across outsourced IT solutions
Established track record of driving exponential pipeline growth specifically within large healthcare enterprise accounts
Skilled in influencing internal stakeholders across multiple teams including account management, service lines, and engineering
Demonstrated success in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Statement of Work (SOW) preparation and execution
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for successful stakeholder engagement and solution articulation
