Responsibilities

Lead as a senior engineering technician, providing technical design expertise and supervision
Tackle complex design challenges and contribute to innovative engineering solutions
Use digital tools like CAD, BIM, and 3D modeling to create and maintain technical documentation and project deliverables
Offer consultation, training, and oversight to ensure quality and consistency in project standards
Manage drawing control and historical records, ensuring compliance with project standards
Coordinate with design teams to exchange necessary project information and support field activities

Qualification

Bentley Microstation 3DAutoCAD 3DEngineering principlesProcess improvementTraining expertiseCommunicationPresentation skills

Required

Proficient in Bentley Microstation 3D and/or AutoCAD 3D substation design
Minimum of 11 years of relevant work experience
Strong communication skills to convey project requirements and progress
Ability to apply engineering principles to develop complex design concepts
Experience in leading process improvement activities and assignments
Expertise in making presentations and conducting training within specialized areas
