They are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead Carrier’s OT Cybersecurity Program, coordinating cross-functional teams to implement a multi-phase network segmentation strategy worldwide.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain program roadmap aligned to cybersecurity strategy and business priorities. Lead the end-to-end planning, seamless execution, and delivery of large-scale, global projects across multiple time zones and business units

Manage interdependencies, timelines, and resource allocations across multiple teams - Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and Manufacturing locations

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations using tools such as Asana, JIRA, or equivalent PM platforms. Ensure funding, resource planning, and vendor management at program scale

Develop and track program-level KPIs and benefits realization, focusing on risk reduction, compliance posture, and operational resilience

Establish and lead program governance, including decision-making frameworks, risk escalation processes, and stakeholder alignment

Provide executive-level reporting and briefings, translating technical progress into business impact for senior leadership ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations

Champion continuous improvement, leveraging lessons learned to refine future phases and enhance program maturity

Establish and lead program governance, including decision-making frameworks, risk escalation processes, and stakeholder alignment

Drive change management and communication strategy to ensure global adoption and stakeholder engagement

Required

Bachelor's degree

8+ years of program management experience

5+ years of experience engaging directly with senior executives/C-suite, with executive communication skills and experience presenting to senior leadership

3+ years of experience managing large-scale, multi-site, global projects in industrial operations

Preferred

Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field

Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, JIRA, or Microsoft Project

Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities

PMP, Agile PM or equivalent certification preferred
