Responsibilities
Manage a defined book of commercial clients, handling renewals, endorsements, policy changes, certificates, and audits
Partner closely with Producers and internal teams to ensure renewals are thoughtful, timely, and clean
Review coverages with a critical eye, spot gaps, and help clients stay properly protected as their businesses evolve
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years of Commercial Lines account management experience
Enjoys structure, clear workflows, and getting the details right
Communicates professionally and confidently with clients and carriers
Can manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality
Values teamwork and long-term client relationships
Holds a Property & Casualty license (or can obtain one within a year)
Preferred
Experience with Applied Epic
