Demand Generation & Paid Media Specialist

The Demand Generation & Paid Media Specialist is responsible for the execution and optimization of paid acquisition and campaign programs for B2B clients, ensuring campaigns are launched and performed effectively without direct founder involvement.

Responsibilities
Own execution and optimization across:
Google Ads (Search, Display, retargeting)
LinkedIn Ads (lead gen forms, website traffic, retargeting)
Campaign setup, QA, launch, and optimization
Budget pacing and bid management
You are responsible for making sure campaigns are live, correct, and improving
Execute webinar and campaign promotion plans
Coordinate campaign components:
Paid ads
Landing pages (with web support)
Email sequences (with content support)
Ensure campaigns launch on time and perform as intended
This role turns plans into reality
Monitor performance daily/weekly
Identify underperforming campaigns early
Make optimization decisions without waiting for approval
Document what’s working and what’s not
This role prevents small issues from becoming client problems
Provide clean performance data and notes to:
Client Success
Senior Director of Digital Performance (if applicable)
Flag insights, anomalies, and risks
Support reporting narratives — but do not own decks or presentations
You feed the story; others tell it
Work closely with:
Director of Client Success (Elissa)
Content and design resources
SEO support
Take full ownership of execution quality
Be accountable for follow-through and delivery
This role does not include:
Client strategy ownership
Deck building or presenting to executives
Project management
High-level performance framing
This is an execution-first role with optimization responsibility
You are successful when:
Campaigns launch on time with minimal oversight
Paid media performance improves or stabilizes over time
Founder involvement in execution drops materially
Fewer last-minute fixes and fire drills occur
Clients experience consistent, predictable delivery
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of hands-on B2B demand generation experience
Proven experience running Google Ads
Proven experience running LinkedIn Ads
Experience supporting webinars
Experience supporting content-driven demand campaigns
Strong QA mindset and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently
Preferred
Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or industrial tech
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
Familiarity with CRM data (HubSpot, Salesforce)
Basic understanding of SEO and content workflows
