This role focuses on executing paid acquisition strategies and collaborating closely with the CMO to translate growth priorities into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

Execute paid acquisition programs across mobile and web in close partnership with the CMO

Help inform channel mix, budget allocation, and testing priorities through performance insights

Run structured testing programs across Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads, and select ad networks

Monitor and optimize campaigns against subscription volume, efficiency, and early payback signals

Work day to day with the UA agency partner to ensure strong execution, clear accountability, and continuous improvement

Translate performance learnings into actionable briefs for internal creative teams to support ongoing testing

Surface opportunities, risks, and trade offs to help guide strategic decisions

Own day to day merchandising execution across the storefront in app and on web

Partner with content specialists to ensure strong title selection, placement, and timing

Optimize storefront ordering, messaging, and promotions to improve conversion and revenue

Coordinate merchandising beats with paid campaigns and owned channel moments where relevant

Work closely with analytics, product, creative, and content teams to ensure clean execution and fast learning

Contribute to the development of better growth processes, documentation, and testing discipline over time
