Responsibilities
Lead client meetings and working sessions to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Configure Workiva solutions to support financial reporting, sustainability and GRC automation, including data integration, template development, and workflow setup
Perform data migration from legacy systems and validate accuracy through testing and reconciliation
Review and provide quality assurance on deliverables produced by offshore team members
Support client enablement through training, testing, and adoption activities
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workiva configuration and reporting workflows
Recommend future-state enhancements and additional use cases to help clients expand their use of Workiva
Deliver assigned project tasks on time and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality
Communicate project status, risks, and blockers to the Workiva Services Manager
Collaborate with Managers and Directors to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing ERP, GRC, ESG, or financial reporting systems
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and complex formulas
Experience extracting and analyzing financial and/or operational data from ERP, CPM, GL, GRC or other reporting systems
Strong communication skills and ability to build credibility with clients
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and process improvement mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a delivery team
High level of motivation, organization, and commitment to professional growth
Preferred
Experience with Workiva's platform
Workiva delivery certifications
Understanding of accounting, risk and compliance, or ESG and sustainability processes
3+ years of management consulting or public accounting experience
Experience with business process flow documentation and flowcharting
