Required

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with applied experience working in a cross functional team environment
Ability to create technical documentation with computer applications such as Microsoft word, excel, power point, etc
Excellent presentation, coordination and project management skill
Strong diagnostic skill to accurately determine the underlying cause of issues
MS Applications, CAD/Solid Works, Blueprint reading, GD&T
Technical program management experience is strongly preferred
Strong hands-on technical aptitude for problem solving
4-year college degree in technical field such as mechanical or Electrical engineering with 3-5 years' experience or 10-15 experience in lieu of degree
A minimum of 5 years of mechanical experience in motorsports or automotive environment

Preferred

ATV, ROV & GC knowledge and riding experience is preferable
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 is preferred
Preferable - minimum 5 years of Yamaha service experience
