Administrator/Project Management and Project Controls Integrator

Responsibilities
Provide administration and integration support to the NNSA Federal Project Directors to assist in managing information flow to and from the FPDs, the on-site contractors, and the Parsons team
Control of documentation, distribution of information and reports, coordination of calendars and travel, and integration duties. Occasional travel in support of the FPDs shall be coordinated with the FPDs
Control of coordination with subject matter experts (SMEs), distribution of project contracts/design packages to Parsons team, and consolidation of SME input for design/contract reviews
Provide comprehensive project management and project controls integration to the FPDs, including support for directed taskers, initiatives, and preparation of project reporting and briefing documents; provide oversight of project cost, schedule, risk support, and lessons learned; logistical and implementation support to the FPDs for integrated project team meetings and NNSA management level project reviews, to include DOE-PM led External Independent Reviews (EIRs) and Annual Project Reviews
Employ a basic knowledge of design, procurement, construction lifecycle, DOE Order 413.3 B, and Earned value management system
Participation in project Change Control Boards and Risk Management Boards; provide support for the preparation of cost performance reports, coordination and preparation of monthly briefing slides, and oversight of project baseline change proposals and trend logs; and provide support to the FPDs for construction execution, quality assurance/control, and commissioning
Maintain project documents and archive documents for project closeout: correspondence, presentations, responses to reviews
Document meetings and provide conference meeting agendas and minutes
Interfaces with clients, participate in meetings, conference calls, and routine meetings
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
Qualification
Required
An active Department of Energy (DOE-Q) security clearance is required for this position
Maintains an established data distribution system and schedule for the assigned project based upon client, project, department, and supplier requirements
Expedites review, signature approval, and release of supplier and internally produced documents
MS Suite / Adobe computer skills
Good written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to interact effectively with project personnel and management
