Lot Operations Coordinator - Part-Time

United Recovery & Remarketing is seeking a motivated Part-time Lot Coordinator to join their Tuscaloosa, AL team. In this role, you will assist with the post-repossession process and help maintain the storage lot while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Process repossessed vehicles and upload photos

Properly inventory all personal property within repossessed vehicles

Complete condition reports in a timely manner

Prep vehicles for transport to auction

Provide customer service to debtors redeeming vehicles and personal property

Provide professional service to transporters and third parties who are authorized on the lot

Other various tasks as directed by the Lot Supervisor

Qualification

Drive manual transmissionBasic computer skillsVerbal communicationWritten communicationTime management skillsOrganizational skills

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass pre-employment screening

Must be at least 23 years of age

Ability to drive vehicles with standard and manual transmission

Basic computer skills required

Good verbal and written communication

Must be willing to work outdoors in all kinds of weather

Requires good time management and organizational skills

Frequent and/or prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping

Must be able to lift or move items at least 25 pounds

Vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Exposure to outside environmental working conditions, including temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated noise levels, and minor atmospheric conditions, such as fumes, odors and dust
