Responsibilities
Perform manual and automated testing for embedded software systems
Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios
Conduct HIL, SIL, and MIL testing for embedded products
Validate system behavior on Linux-based platforms
Analyze test results, identify defects, and support root cause analysis
Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely defect resolution
Apply industry best practices for embedded product testing
Lead, mentor, and coach team members when required
Communicate testing results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Manage multiple testing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in Embedded Software Testing
Hands-on experience with Manual and Automation Testing
Proficiency in Python for test automation
Solid experience working in Linux environments
Experience with HIL, SIL, and MIL testing methodologies
Ability to create, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to balance multiple priorities effectively
Preferred
Domain experience in Automotive, Rail, Medical, or Aerospace industries
Exposure to safety-critical or regulated product development environments
Experience implementing best practices across diverse teams and cultures
