Responsibilities

Design and configure Salesforce solutions that scale with business needs and support cross-functional workflows

Act as a trusted advisor to global stakeholders—translating business requirements into actionable platform solutions

Leverage automations to streamline operations and reduce manual effort

Maintain documentation, configuration standards, and change control practices

Proactively identify usability gaps or adoption challenges and resolve with empathetic, structured solutions

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance through proactive validation rules, deduplication tools, and data quality initiatives

Collaborate closely with developers, admins, analysts, and project managers across the tech and business organization to align on priorities and execute efficiently

Required

5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a complex, multi-cloud environment

Proven experience supporting CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions

Deep understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes and data flows

Excellent stakeholder communication skills—from C-suite to front-line reps

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and multiple solution paths—knows how to balance speed with sustainability

Familiarity with change management best practices in a matrixed, global organization

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
