Responsibilities
Prepare employees to accomplish mission requirements by transferring subject matter expertise through the delivery of formal and informal training
Produce supplemental training materials
Evaluate learners and provide feedback on learning performance
Make recommendations for modifying course content or delivery as needed
Qualification
Required
Degree must be in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field, or in the relevant subject matter (for example, Mathematics for a Mathematics instructor)
Military training must be at least 18 semester hours of training related to instruction
Relevant experience must include one or more of the following: training, education, development instruction, or any related learning activity
Experience must also include conducting instruction
Entry is with a high school diploma or GED plus 7 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience, or military training plus 5 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 1 year of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree and no experience
Entry is with a high school diploma or GED plus 10 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience, or military training plus 8 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree plus 2 years of relevant experience
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a security background investigation and polygraph
Preferred
Six years of experience as a Signals Analyst or successful completion of the Signals Analysis Development Program is preferred
