Marketing and Advertising Specialist
BestLaminate is a family-owned e-commerce flooring retailer serving customers nationwide since 2003. They are seeking a Marketing and Advertising Specialist to support and execute their digital marketing and advertising efforts, manage paid advertising channels, and produce creative assets that align with their brand.

Responsibilities
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms
Support campaign planning, execution, and testing for promotions, product launches, and seasonal sales
Monitor budgets, performance metrics, and return on ad spend
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, targeting, and creative performance
Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics and advertising dashboards
Create clear, organized reports that communicate results and insights to leadership
Monitor trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to inform future decisions
Help maintain accurate data tracking and attribution across platforms
Produce and manage creative assets for ads, including graphics, short videos, and copy
Collaborate with the team on creative concepts that align with brand voice and goals
Organize creative assets and ensure consistency across campaigns and platforms
Support product-focused creatives for new launches and promotions
Maintain marketing calendars, campaign documentation, and asset libraries
Support coordination between marketing, operations, and product teams
Help streamline marketing workflows and improve internal organization
Assist with additional marketing initiatives as needed, including email or website updates
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or performance marketing roles
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics
Proven ability to analyze data, create reports, and turn insights into action
Experience producing creative assets for ads, including graphics and short-form video
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience in e-commerce or retail marketing is a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred, but real-world experience and results matter most
