Campers Inn RV is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Insurance Agent to support customers by providing insurance solutions for RVs, boats, motorcycles, and automobiles. The role involves collaborating with Sales, Finance & Insurance, and Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience while generating new business and maintaining client records.

Responsibilities

Prepare and complete insurance applications and required documentation accurately and efficiently

Quote, bind, and service insurance policies in compliance with state regulations and company guidelines

Generate new insurance business through referrals, cross-selling, and total account development

Maintain accurate client records, policy documentation, renewals, cancellations, and follow-ups

Assist policyholders with claims support and loss guidance

Educate clients on coverage options, risk management, and ways to minimize exposure

Follow agency processes and workflows (including renewals, tickler systems, and compliance tracking)

Attend required company meetings, training sessions, and continuing education

Collaborate with Sales and F&I teams to enhance the overall customer experience

Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs
