Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to evaluate and apply appropriate accounting approaches for non-routine, judgmental, and complex transactions

Own end-to-end accounting oversight for assigned business units, including review of general ledger activity, cost data, and key operating indicators to ensure accuracy and integrity

Serve as the primary point of contact between operating teams and centralized finance, facilitating communication, issue resolution, and alignment

Drive consistency and best practices by delivering training and hands-on support related to financial systems, accounting policies, and internal procedures

Led periodic close activities, coordinating monthly and quarterly timelines, reviews, and deliverables for supported divisions

Lead month-end close processes, ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting in compliance with GAAP
