Responsibilities

Perform detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
Advise and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance and support
Build and maintain complex financial models to forecast and analyze financial performance
Participate in strategic planning activities, offering insights and recommendations
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Support budgeting and forecasting processes, providing detailed analysis and insights
Prepare audit documentation and respond to audit inquiries
Maintain accurate and organized financial records

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
4+ years of related experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated leadership abilities and strategic thinking

Preferred

Additional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA)
