Responsibilities
Support day-to-day community engagement across TikTok and social platforms
Represent the brand with clarity, consistency, and sound judgment
Identify trends, patterns, and recurring themes in social conversations
Partner with CX, Insights, and Social teams to share learnings and feedback
Contribute to building scalable best practices for social engagement as the brand grows
Qualification
Required
Highly engaged on TikTok and social platforms
Strong written communicator with great attention to detail
Curious, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Interested in beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer tech
Comfortable working in person in a collaborative SoHo office
