Responsibilities

Lead and build a high performing Growth engineering team and foster a culture of inclusion and collaboration

Own business critical efforts on our performance marketing initiatives working closely with the marketing, product, data science and analytics teams to deliver high-quality and high-performance tooling and systems

Collaborate across other engineering teams and data science org to understand and implement business requirements

Collaborating with other teams and stakeholders to define and refine requirements, and ensuring that they are translated into actionable tasks/milestones

Define performance metrics and drive data-driven decisions

Foster strong engineering practices and a culture of quality, experimentation and continuous improvement

Drive alignment with leadership and team members along with your management counterparts

Required

You have excellent computer science fundamentals

10+ years of industry experience, including 3+ years leading high-performing engineering teams

Proven experience building and leading growth engineering and building performance marketing tools/pipelines

Experience partnering with Data Science to drive performance marketing efficiency

Experience with A/B testing frameworks and data-driven experimentation

Deep familiarity with full-stack development workflows, product ownership, and cross-functional collaboration

Demonstrated ability to optimize service availability, performance, and stability through operational excellence

Passion for technology, with a strong track record of driving impact in hyper-growth product environments

Preferred

Experience and knowledge in campaign management and ads bidding optimization is a plus
