Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Provide comprehensive wealth management solutions including investment, trust, and estate planning
Originate new business through strategic networking and referral sources
Meet and exceed sales and service goals

Qualification

Required

Possesses related Securities Licenses and/or CTFA (Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor) or CFP (Certified Financial Planner), or willingness and ability to obtain
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desire and drive to provide best-in-class customer service
Great soft skills
Ability to present technical material effectively with clients and prospects
Proficient with Excel and Word, and ability to learn other bank technology
Ability to develop and execute a sales strategy to target prospects and build a network of key decision makers and centers of influence

Preferred

Bachelor's degree, with a business-related focus, preferred
