Start in 2026 SummerPrice Industries is seeking a motivated Safety Intern to support our Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This internship offers hands-on experience in occupational health programs and EHS compliance.

Responsibilities
Assist with EHS projects and initiatives across the facility
Support implementation and auditing of safety programs (e.g., PPE, Hazard Communication, Lockout/Tagout)
Conduct safety observations and participate in incident investigations
Help maintain and update safety documentation and training materials
Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting and analysis
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Biological Sciences, or Engineering
Completed coursework in EHS or related fields
Familiarity with occupational health and safety programs
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Preferred
Prior EHS project experience
