Responsibilities
Overseeing multi-disciplinary capital and maintenance projects from planning and design through construction and close-out
Managing grants and funding programs
Guiding environmental systems and regulatory permitting
Supporting initiatives to optimize airport property development and revenue generation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience in project management, airport planning, public agency capital programs, or public grants management
Five (5) years of supervisory or management experience
Strong background in environmental compliance and sustainability within complex, highly regulated environments such as airports or large public infrastructure organizations
Comprehensive understanding of FAA environmental requirements, federal, state, and local regulatory frameworks, and best practices related to aviation-related environmental impacts, including water quality, land use, air quality, noise, and habitat considerations
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing sustainability initiatives that are integrated into airport master planning, capital improvement programs, and day-to-day operations
Ability to align environmental stewardship with operational efficiency, financial responsibility, and long-term organizational goals
Proven ability to balance regulatory compliance with project delivery, funding constraints, and stakeholder expectations
