Participants will rotate through various roles in engineering, supervision, and management, gaining valuable experience and mentorship in manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

Engage in shop floor process improvement projects, product costing, design, capital projects, and new product development to ensure seamless product manufacturability

Take charge of installing safety devices on machinery, reviewing employee safety programs, and implementing enhancements for a safer work environment

Collaborate with manufacturing and customer service teams to address customer issues, administer ISO 9001 quality system, and drive manufacturing initiatives for enhanced product quality

Lead teams to ensure timely shipment of customer orders and optimize shop floor operations through effective leadership strategies

Oversee capital projects from inception to completion, defining requirements, setting timelines, and managing budgets to streamline operations
