Responsibilities

Responsible for the financial functions associated with the business acquisition process (proposals) and program execution process (programs)

Evaluate historical data and industry benchmarks for more accurate estimates

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of estimates and proposals

Develop and prepare comprehensive proposals, quotations, and bid packages for clients and prospective clients

Assist in identifying project risks and opportunities to help minimize costs and improve bid competitiveness

Work with program management and program teams to report on the health of the program and status by tracking program costs throughout the project lifecycle and provide financial reporting and trending data as needed by utilizing EVMS metrics

Develop, communicate, and recommend action plans with program teams to ensure financial targets and program goals are achieved
