Responsibilities

Support efficient, accurate and high-volume trade execution with attention to detail and quality control while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements including TRACE & MSRB reporting standards

Facilitate trades with a variety of securities dealers and institutional participants

Work productively and effectively with strict adherence to policies and procedures

Make consistent, informed and composed decisions using a blend of knowledge, experience and analysis

Identify opportunities to optimize client engagement

Reconcile trade breaks and money differences

Develop, build and manage client relationships

Train clients on the system functionality and drive adoption of the platform with new and existing clients
