Responsibilities
Serve as a primary technical resource and trusted advisor for clients
Deliver remote and on-site support across Windows environments
Design, deploy, and support Windows Server, virtualization (Hypervisor/VMware ESX), and Active Directory
Configure and support firewalls, VPNs, and security solutions (FortiGate, Cisco, SonicWALL, DUO preferred)
Manage tickets, execute client projects, and own issues from identification through resolution
Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and endpoint security issues
Create clear documentation and maintain accurate time tracking
Qualification
Required
Serve as a primary technical resource and trusted advisor for clients
Deliver remote and on-site support across Windows environments
Design, deploy, and support Windows Server, virtualization (Hypervisor/VMware ESX), and Active Directory
Configure and support firewalls, VPNs, and security solutions (FortiGate, Cisco, SonicWALL, DUO preferred)

Strong customer service and communication skills
Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Deep experience with Windows 11, Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and Microsoft 365
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and TCP/IP
Experience supporting VPNs, antivirus, EDR/MDR, email systems, and data migrations
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced MSP environment
Preferred
10+ years of systems/network administration
Managed Service Provider (MSP) background
Experience with tools such as Autotask, Datto RMM, and ITGlue
Relevant certifications (A+, Network+, CompTIA, MCITP) a plus
