Jack Taylor is seeking a reliable and organized individual to assist with day-to-day physical operations at their storage unit. The Shipping Coordinator will manage incoming and outgoing shipments, package client products, and maintain an organized workspace to support product inventory for events and brand logistics.

Responsibilities

Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments for 20+ active clients

Receive an average of 10–15 incoming shipments per week

Process and ship approximately 25–40 outgoing packages per week

Prepare, label, and track all shipments to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery

Serve as the primary point of contact with shipping carriers (UPS+ FedEx), including pickups, tracking, and issue resolution

Package client products for media, editors, influencers, and VIP recipients

Create clean, polished, and occasionally memorable unboxing experiences that reflect the brand and recipient

Handle products with the understanding that packages may be opened by high-profile individuals, requiring a strong eye for presentation and detail

Balance speed with thoughtful presentation. Packages must go out quickly and look intentional

Own the organization of the space and all product inventory (“product homes”)

Create and maintain visually clean, intuitive systems for a wide variety of products (beauty, wellness, tech, consumables)

Adjust layouts as inventory volume shifts, proactively reallocating space to maintain efficiency and clarity

Keep the workspace organized, functional, and aesthetically clean at all times

Proactively open, inspect, and process incoming boxes without being prompted

Anticipate daily and weekly needs (space, supplies, workflow) and take action independently

Communicate concise status updates and flag only true blockers or time-sensitive issues

Take feedback well and apply it quickly
