They are seeking a Head of Growth who can effectively build donor relationships and raise substantial funds to scale their impact to 25,000 students a year.

Responsibilities
Build donor pipelines from scratch (including prospecting, cold outreach, securing meetings, and driving prospects through to transformational gifts)
Raise hundreds of thousands in major gifts from individuals, corporations, and foundations
Drive bold fundraising campaigns that directly fund free, 1-on-1 tutoring for underserved students
Represent Learn To Be with passion and credibility in rooms with top individual donors, philanthropists, corporate leaders, and influencers
