Lead the global month-end close, consolidation, and financial reporting process under US GAAP
Oversee audit preparation, technical accounting, and financial statement accuracy
Draft accounting memos and policies; monitor new standards and ensure compliance
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, IT, HR, and Operations to enhance reporting and efficiency
Mentor and develop a growing team while helping establish the organization’s accounting foundation
Qualification
Required
CPA required
7–12+ years of combined public accounting and corporate experience
Strong background in consolidations, audit coordination, and technical accounting
Hands-on leader experienced in building scalable accounting processes
Preferred
NetSuite expertise
PE-backed or high-growth SaaS experience
