Sales Support Specialist
Michael Malul London is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Customer Success & Sales Support Specialist. The role focuses on supporting the sales department and optimizing internal operations to ensure the success of the sales team and provide excellent service to clients.

Responsibilities
Conduct daily reviews of customer lists with the sales team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce
Analyze data logs to create daily and weekly reports on metrics, conversion rates, and opportunity ratios
Assist in creating sales materials to ensure the team is prepared for every pitch
Prepare and schedule shipping labels using UPS, FedEx, and Shippo
Maintain accurate records of all shipment labels and Bills of Lading (BOLs)
Handle any shipment issues immediately and communicate updates to the executive team and customers
Monitor inventory levels on a daily basis and maintain vendor portals
Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues with a professional and helpful demeanor
Pre-qualify leads and make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries or gather feedback
Manage phone calls, take messages, and handle all office correspondence, including invoices and receipts
Optimize office processes and maintain and improve related documentation
Support the Director Of Sales and Sales Team with various daily tasks
Anticipate needs and priorities to keep sales director and team on track and prepared
Join key meetings to take notes, track action items, and follow up as needed
Ensure all prep materials, presentations for meetings are organized and delivered ahead of time
Qualification
Required
Attention to Detail: Habit of reviewing work 3–4 times before completion
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be comfortable talking to customers and pushing internal team members for results
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Salesforce, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and shipping platforms like Shippo

Logistics Background: Prior experience in logistics is considered a significant bonus
