Responsibilities
Support a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing operation focused on wafer fabrication, back-end, and assembly equipment uptime and reliability
Leading shift technicians
Prioritizing daily equipment activities based on production needs
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives tied to equipment performance and KPIs
Hands-on technical leadership, including validating corrective actions by running equipment
Coordinating reactive and preventive maintenance
Supporting troubleshooting across a wide range of wafer processing and support systems
Qualification
Required
7+ years' experience maintaining wafer processing or semiconductor manufacturing equipment
Prior experience in a Lead or Supervisory role overseeing technicians or shift operations
Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, vacuum, control systems
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and documentation
Effective written and verbal communication skills are required
