Responsibilities
Completes payroll-related reports as needed by other departments within the company
Scans and uploads payroll documents into the system
Manages and responds to team member payroll emails promptly, providing excellent customer service
Processes weekly/bi-weekly payroll for 2,000+ team members, ensuring timely and accurate payment
Reviews and verify integrated data for accuracy before processing payroll
Develops and maintains training and process documents related to payroll functions
Qualification
Required
Experience in payroll, preferably with experience in ADP or similar payroll systems
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Understanding of federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
