Responsibilities
Own the design and delivery of secure, scalable AI solutions that power analytics, automation, and real‑time decision support
Qualification
Required
10+ years of professional software engineering with Python; strong grasp of concurrency (asyncio), testing (pytest), and performance optimization
3+ years building LLM applications in production: RAG, tool-calling, agents, prompt engineering, model evaluation
Proven experience with LangChain/LangGraph/LlamaIndex, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, embeddings, and vector databases (FAISS/Pinecone/Chroma)
Backend expertise with FastAPI, REST/GraphQL, SSE, and microservices architecture
Containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes; CI/CD with GitHub Actions/Jenkins
Hands-on with observability for GenAI (LangSmith, AgentOps, Fiddler) and traditional logging/metrics
Solid understanding of AuthN/AuthZ, API security, and data protection/compliance
BS/MS in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
