Responsibilities

Support site selection process through operational and technical knowledge
Perform operational assessment and risk analysis of third-party co-location sites
Own co-location sites facility operation within an area/region, with full accountability for this area tactically
Engage stakeholders to ensure they are informed about current work and discuss decisions
Oversee technical and team leads through the successful completion of required maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks to maintain equipment to our global standard

Required

Associate's degree, trade school certification, or other certified training in Industrial Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, Reliability Engineering or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience in Electrical, Mechanical/HVAC, or controls experience in an industrial/commercial environment
5 years of experience in a data center or facilities environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, Reliability Engineering or equivalent technical experience
Experience communicating effectively with all levels of the organization, including executives
Experience with reliability centered maintenance and engineering
Ability to forecast resource requirements in a data driven way
