Qualification
Required
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with 7+ years of experience in commercial mechanical design
Strong background in HVAC system design across multiple commercial building types; exposure to plumbing and fire protection systems is a plus
Capable of overseeing projects end-to-end; prior project management experience is helpful, with willingness to take on full PM responsibilities
Demonstrated interest in leadership and team development, including reviewing technical drawings, guiding designers, and supporting internal design standards
Motivated to step into a key leadership role within a growing engineering team, with long-term career advancement and strategic involvement opportunities
