Responsibilities

Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements

Develop and maintain custom components using JavaScript, HTML, C#, Plugins, and Workflows

Integrate Dynamics CRM with external systems and services using APIs and middleware

Implement and manage Dynamics 365 security roles, teams, and access controls

Design and automate business processes using Power Automate (Flows)

Work with Customer Service Workspace to enhance service delivery and case management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, testers, and project managers

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM functionality and performance

Document technical designs, configurations, and development processes
