Responsibilities
Strong financial stewardship of AI products at Databricks
Develop KPI reporting for products and partner with Engineering, Product & Data Science teams to achieve product goals
Develop driver-based Revenue models and improve short-term and long-term forecasts of a dynamic product area
Develop Cost Attribution models to help inform drivers of current economics and improve forecasting
Partner with pricing team to make pricing decisions both for existing and new products
Partner with commercialization team on key partnerships that will have material impact on revenue and margins
Work and build relationships with partners across the R&D organization, finance and accounting teams to deliver improved insights
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or comparable quantitative field
4+ years of experience with financial modeling & data analytics
Experience in FP&A and history of working with R&D teams on Revenue planning, Unit economics and cloud costs
Excellent analytical skills; experience with SQL and BI reporting tools is required
Expert in Excel and Google Sheets; can maintain complex spreadsheets, comfortable with different modeling techniques and shortcuts
Understanding of GAAP accounting and non-GAAP financial metrics
Preferred
Experience with Anaplan is a plus
