Front Porch Communities and Services is Hiring a Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for directing phases of planning and management for various project types, ensuring effective oversight and successful delivery of projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of project planning, tracking, scope, scheduling, contracts and procurement, environmental health, and safety (EH&S), quality assurance, engineering, construction, and related project controls across cross-functional teams to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget

Lead, coordinate, and monitor the activities of design teams, general contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and progress toward project goals

Manage construction plan(s) and maintain accurate, up-to-date project status records

Continually monitor project performance to confirm progress is consistent with the project schedule and work complies with contract documents

Assess project risks and collaborate with the appropriate parties to implement mitigation strategies and resolve issues effectively

Support the selection of designers, contractors, and other project vendors

Perform all other related duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field, or an Associate's degree/two years of college, plus two years of related work experience, or 4 years of related work experience

10 years leading large capital projects in a private, public or government sector environment

Effective oral and written communication skills that are appropriate to the audience's needs

Certified Project Manager (CPM)

Preferred

Master's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field

5 years managing construction projects in a Senior Living environment
