Responsibilities
Create optimized operations models by analyzing past plans and feedback
Develop a comprehensive operations strategy roadmap with internal and external partners
Manage all program operations communications (project plans, DACI, logistics, briefs, accountability)
Implement comprehensive internal and external customer service plans
Utilize best-in-class technology, materials, and systems to elevate program operations
Support the team in exceeding key metrics like registration, attendance, engagement, efficiency, and business impact
Qualification
Required
10+ years of event marketing experience, especially in large-scale program operations
Strong project and time management, managing multiple priorities within deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication, skilled in leading meetings and discussions
Proficient with Google Suite, MS Excel, Mac, and technology literate
Exceptional customer service for internal and external stakeholders
Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Metrics-driven, enjoying data analysis from the conference platform to inform future success
Experience with Salesforce, Databricks AIBI, Asana, and Rainfocus
