Responsibilities
Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and planning activities to support business performance and long-term strategy
Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate product launches, growth initiatives, cost saving initiatives and operational investments
Analyze key trends and metrics across member behavior, funnel performance, cost structure, and unit economics
Develop insights and recommendations that help shape product strategy and guide leadership decisions
Partner closely with Product, Risk, Operations, Marketing, and Analytics teams to develop, understand and track their execution plans against goals
Improve the accuracy and scalability of forecasting processes, dashboards, and key performance indicators
Identify emerging risks and opportunities and articulate their impact to stakeholders
Improve predictability of the business by continuously automating and scaling forecast processes and methodologies
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or analytics, ideally within a fintech, neobank, or consumer financial services environment
Preferred
Proven ability to build complex financial models, including forecasting frameworks that incorporate member growth, churn, loss curves, and operational scale
High attention to detail with strong judgment, an ownership mindset, and a commitment to accuracy in a rapidly evolving business
Strong knowledge of GSuite, MS Office and Looker, Tableau or similar data visualization tools
Strong business & financial acumen with understanding of neobanking unit economics, including customer acquisition funnels, cohort behavior, funding costs, and transaction and risk losses
Ability to synthesize data, structure a concise presentation of findings, and articulate recommendations to a range of stakeholders
Ability to be resourceful and creative in problem solving when necessary to move projects forward tactically
