Responsibilities
Oversee and facilitate project activities related to classification analysis, job titles, job descriptions, trainings and market surveys
Support the project team by preparing strategic plans, presentations, and program reports
Manage project schedules, meetings, milestones, and communications to keep all stakeholders aligned
Track progress through metrics and documentation to ensure accountability and transparency
Anticipate challenges, manage risks, and proactively develop solutions to keep the project on track
Qualification
Required
Skilled Project Manager
Experience leading and supporting comprehensive studies
Ability to serve as a key liaison between vendor partners and internal stakeholders
Experience guiding project activities from start to finish
Ability to coordinate resources and manage risks
Experience ensuring all deliverables are achieved on time and within scope
Ability to prepare strategic plans, presentations, and program reports
Experience managing project schedules, meetings, milestones, and communications
Ability to track progress through metrics and documentation
Experience anticipating challenges and managing risks
Ability to proactively develop solutions to keep the project on track
