Responsibilities
Start IVs and administer IM injections with precision and care
Monitor patient response and ensure safety and comfort
Educate clients about therapies, supplements, and long-term health goals
Maintain top-tier cleanliness, documentation, and safety standards
Prepare IV drips and manage daily treatment flow
Track and restock inventory as needed
Support scheduling, ordering, and overall clinic organization
Collaborate with Clinic Director and Assistant Director on efficiency and quality initiatives
Greet clients warmly and create a calm, welcoming atmosphere
Build trust through clear, compassionate communication
Address client questions or concerns with empathy and professionalism
Demonstrate leadership qualities, teamwork, and accountability
Participate in team training, meetings, and culture-building
Take initiative in improving processes and supporting team goals
After 90-day performance review, eligible for promotion consideration to Assistant Clinic Director
Qualification
Required
Required License: RN, Paramedic
Required Certifications: IV Therapy Certification + CPR/BLS
Excellent IV skills and bedside manner
Emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure, and patient-focused
Passionate about wellness, integrative health, and functional medicine
Preferred
1+ year of clinical, emergency, or infusion experience preferred
