Research Lab Coordinator

Responsibilities
Serve as a research lab coordinator for Dorothy Espelage’s Violence Prevention lab in the School of Education
Work closely with Espelage to manage school-based research projects
Co-supervise undergraduate research assistants
Understand implementation of social-emotional learning programs in K-12 settings
Develop online professional development for K-12 educators
Knowledge of social science and research methods
Knowledge of meta-analytic approaches
Knowledge of SPSS statistical software and APA manuscript formatting
Organized, accurate, and efficient in processing and recording data for multiple projects
Tasks may include cleaning and processing surveys and screening articles for literature review projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions
Knowledge of SPSS statistical software and APA manuscript formatting
The ability to solve unexpected problems and work effectively with a team is required
Preferred
Experience of scientific writing and publications is preferred
