Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate instructors, attendees, and logistics for, workshops, and webinars
Support follow up meetings for training programs to evaluate effectiveness and gather feedback
Collaborate with the training teams to organize technical and professional development training sessions
Maintain and update, training materials, procedures, and job aids to ensure consistency and relevance
Assist in communicating professional development opportunities
Proactively contributes to training and quality management initiatives to promote employee expertise and efficiency
Participate in various projects to support organizational growth and employee development
Provide administrative support, including maintaining records and organizing training materials
Work in the Learning Management System to upload and organize content
