Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA and Test Automation workflows using UiPath Test Suite

Implement and manage automation components including bots, robots, code repositories, logging, and development tools

Support launch, rollout, and stabilization of automation solutions across environments

Ensure automation quality through defined QA processes and best practices

Create and maintain process documentation, technical design documents, and end-user guides

Collaborate with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and development teams to deliver automation initiatives

Engage directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs

Ensure seamless integration of automation solutions with existing systems and applications

Troubleshoot production issues and support deployments, including participation in on-call rotation when required

Stay current with emerging automation technologies, tools, and business processes

Required

Hands-on experience with RPA tools and cognitive platforms, especially UiPath Test Suite

3–6+ years of experience in one or more programming languages such as Python, C/C++, VBScript, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, .NET, or Mobile Test Automation

Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript or other scripting languages

Strong understanding of workflow-based automation logic

Experience in designing technical specification and solution design documents for RPA projects

Experience developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments

Exposure to SQL or NoSQL databases

Understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts in the context of automation

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

Excellent time management and project prioritization skills

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work through ambiguity

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently

Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
