Responsibilities
Lead or perform technical analyses for water infrastructure projects, applying sound engineering principles and industry standards
Manage project scope, budgets, and schedules; conduct feasibility studies; and oversee staff assignments
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved scope and timelines
Review proposed changes for impacts on design, budget, and schedule
Prepare clear and concise technical reports and presentations
Act as a primary point of contact for clients and project team members
Maintain accurate and timely project documentation
Provide technical expertise in specialized areas and deliver training or presentations as needed
Demonstrate strong problem-solving and project management skills
Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Supervise and mentor junior staff effectively
Utilize relevant software tools, including Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, GIS, and hydraulic modeling programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
6-10 years of relevant engineering experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
