OSS On Site Services Engineer

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot IT issues requiring physical intervention
Deliver ready-to-use computers to users
Provide ad-hoc training and guide users through self-service tools
Manage physical stock of devices and accessories, including CMDB updates
Perform regular inventory checks for hardware
Coordinate logistics for device shipping and movement
Handle warranty cases with OEM vendors
Support IT equipment and software in meeting rooms and collaboration areas

Required

Formal IT qualification or apprenticeship in information technology
Minimum 2 years of professional IT support experience

Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, MS Office 365, Windows, iOS, and asset management systems
