Responsibilities
This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance
Define and execute infrastructure strategy across public cloud, private cloud, and on-prem environments
Drive secure-by-design principles across infrastructure, networks, and applications, including oversight of IAM, encryption, SecOps, and incident response
Implement observability and reliability practices with strong SLO/SLI frameworks, monitoring, and automated remediation
Oversee IT service management, service desk, and end-user technology, ensuring seamless support and collaboration tools
Ensure 24/7 operational continuity with disaster recovery, capacity planning, and incident management
Standardize and scale technology platforms across new entities post-integration
Establish KPIs around uptime, cost optimization, and security posture
Qualification
Required
15+ years of progressive IT leadership, including senior roles in infrastructure and operations
Cloud platforms
Security frameworks
Collaboration suites
Proven success managing shared service infrastructure and driving modernization and automation
Experience in regulated industries with strong compliance background
Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, balancing strategic priorities with rapid execution
